心理干预对“农转非”孕妇妊娠结局的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Psychological Intervention on the Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women Who Were Transferred From Agriculture to Non-agriculture

目的探讨心理保健干预对"农转非"孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法将1 000名"农转非"孕妇随机分为干预组和对照组,干预前两组基本情况一致,干预组在全孕期给予不同程度心理干预措施,对照组除正常产检外,无特殊心理支持。结果干预组孕妇分娩前(第二次测量)GAD-7焦虑量表评分低于孕早期(第一次测量)量表评分(P <0.05),对照组孕妇分娩前(第二次测量)GAD-7量表评分高于孕早期(第一次测量)量表评分(P <0.05)。干预组的自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论孕期心理干预能有效缓解"农转非"孕妇在孕期出现的焦虑情绪,且心理干预能有效降低"农转非"孕妇的剖宫产率,提升自然分娩率。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women who were transferred from agriculture to non-agriculture.Methods 1 000 pregnant women were divided into intervention group and control group at random.The two groups showed the same situation before the intervention.The intervention group was given psychological intervention during all pregnancy,while the control group received no special psychological support.Results The scores of GAD-7 anxiety scale before delivery(second measurement)in intervention group were lower than those in early pregnancy(first measurement)(P<0.05).The GAD-7 score of the control group before delivery(second measurement)was higher than that of the early pregnancy(first measurement)scale(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of pregnant women in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively relieve anxiety in pregnant women who were transferred from agriculture to non-agriculture and it also can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean delivery and increase the probability of natural delivery rate.
