腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术在甲状腺良性肿瘤中的作用评价

Evaluation on Endoscopic Assisted Neck Small Incision Surgery in Benign Thyroid Tumors

目的探讨腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术在甲状腺良性肿瘤中的作用。方法从2018年1—6月我院收治的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者中抽选89例进行研究,采用数字随机分配法分为实验组和对照组。实验组45例,接受腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗,对照组44例,接受传统开放手术治疗,对两组患者治疗后的效果进行对比。结果实验组术中出血量明显少于对照组,并发症发生率(4.44%)明显少于对照组(20.45%),满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(77.27%),P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论为了帮助甲状腺良性肿瘤患者进行疾病的治疗,促使患者身体健康状况的改善,可以将腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术运用到治疗过程中。

Objective To explore the role of endoscopic assisted neck small incision surgery in benign thyroid tumors.Methods 89 cases of thyroid benign tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected for the study,and were divided into experimental group and control group by digital random distribution.45 patients in the experimental group were given endoscopically-assisted small neck incision surgery,and 44 patients in the control group were given traditional open surgery.The effect of two groups of patients after treatment was compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the incidence of complications(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.45%),and the satisfaction(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.27%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to help patients with thyroid benign tumor to carry out disease treatment and promote the improvement of patients'physical health,endoscopic assisted neck small incision surgery is needed in the treatment process.
