摘要
目的探讨血浆置换(PE)与双重血浆分子吸附(DPMAS)联合治疗对妊娠期急性脂肪肝(AFLP)患者肝功能的影响。方法选择我院AFLP患者共46例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组23例。对照组采用单纯PE治疗,观察组采用PE联合DPMAS治疗。比较两组临床疗效及肝功能指标水平。结果治疗后观察组各肝功能指标水平均明显更优于对照组,且临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PE与DPMAS联合治疗能有效改善AFLP患者临床症状及肝功能,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of PE combined with DPMAS on liver function in patients with AFLP during pregnancy.Methods 46 patients with AFLP admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=23,treated with PE alone)and the observation group(n=23,treated with PE combined with DPMAS).The clinical efficacy and liver function index levels between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the liver function index of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PE and DPMAS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liver function of patients with AFLP.The curative effect is remarkable.
