肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶MB型同工酶在精神障碍疾病的临床价值

Clinical Value of CK and CK-MB in Mental Disorders

目的探讨肌酸激酶MB型同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)在精神障碍疾病中的检验价值。方法选取我院2016年1月—2018年3月收治的360例精神障碍者为病例组,选择同时期60例健康者为正常体检组,采集血样分别进行CK、CK-MB活性测定,对于CK、CK-MB活性倒置者进行CK-MB质量测定,通过热失活法进行CK-MB假阳性检测。结果病例组CK、CK-MB活性分别为(278.8±27.6)U/L、(62.5±11.9)U/L,均高于正常体检组(P <0.05);倒置组CK-MB活性与正常体检组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),CK-MB质量与正常体检组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);倒置组热失活试验后测定CK-MB活性为(2.6±0.4)U/L,与正常体检组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。72例倒置组患者热失活试验后CK-MB活性保存均值<1%,均为假阳性。结论 CK、CK-MB可作为精神障碍疾病临床病情判断的潜在生物学指标,对于CK-MB假阳性可选择CK-MB质量检测进行病情判断。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CK-MB and CK in mental disorders.Methods 360 patients with mental disorders from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the case group,60 healthy people as the normal physical examination group,CK and CK-MB activities were measured,the quality of CK-MB was measured in the inverted patients,and the false positive of CK-MB was judged by thermal inactivation method.Results The activity of CK and CK-MB in case group were(278.8±27.6)U/L and(62.5±11.9)U/L respectively,which were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).CK-MB activity in inverted group was significantly different from that in normal group(P<0.05),but CK-MB quality was not significantly different from that in normal group(P>0.05).The activity of CK-MB in the inverted group was(2.6±0.4)U/L after thermal inactivation test,and there was no significant difference between the inverted group and the normal group(P>0.05).The mean CK-MB activity of the 72 patients in the inversion group after the thermal inactivation test was less than 1%,all of which were false positive.Conclusion CK and CK-MB can be used as potential biological indicators for judging the clinical condition of psychiatric disorders.The quality determination of CK-MB is more accurate for judging the condition of increased false positive of CK-MB.
