颜色标记量化数字减影血管造影在颅内动脉支架手术中的应用

Application of CCQ-DSA in Intracranial Artery Stenting

目的探究颜色标记量化数字减影血管造影(CCQ-DSA)在颅内动脉支架手术中的应用。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月收治的30例颅内动脉狭窄患者作为研究对象,采用CCQ-DSA技术实施颅内动脉支架手术,术后观察患者的治疗情况。结果手术均一次成功,成功率为100%,术后造影显示支架位置准确,支架及远端血管的血流畅通,患者的临床症状改善,且没有严重并发症,术后随访也未发现短暂性脑缺血发作。结论颜色标记量化数字减影血管造影在颅内动脉支架手术的应用效果良好。

Objective To observe the clinical application of color labeled quantitative digital subtraction angiography(CCQ-DSA)in intracranial artery stenting.Methods Thirty patients with intracranial artery stenosis admitted from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.CCQ-DSA technique was used to perform intracranial artery stenting.The treatment of patients was observed after operation.Results All the operations were successful,the success rate was 100%.Postoperative angiography showed that the stent position was accurate,the blood flow of the stent and distal vessels was smooth,the clinical symptoms were improved,and there were no serious complications.Postoperative follow-up also revealed transient ischemic attack.Conclusion Color labeled quantitative digital subtraction angiography has a good clinical application effect in intracranial artery stenting.
