摘要
目的介绍一种手工制作组织芯片的方法。方法收集福建省肿瘤医院病理科60例肺癌患者病例制作组织标本,将标本常规处理后利用不同熔点的蜡,用包埋盒和手工芯片仪制作组织芯片,用锋利的一次性刀片做3μm厚的连续切片,评价组织芯片组织形态学情况。结果制备的组织芯片各个组织为所要组织形态学区域,蜡块完整,组织排列整齐,蜡块未见开裂及组织丢失,组织与蜡块结合紧密,组织芯片能被完整切出。结论利用不同熔点的蜡进行组织芯片手工制作,此方法简便易行,无需其他费用,切片染色效果满意,适用性广泛。
Objective To introduce a method of making tissue chip.Methods 60 cases of lung cancer in pathology department of Fujian Cancer Hospital were collected to make tissue specimens.After routine treatment,tissue chips were made with different melting point waxes,embedded boxes and hand-made chips.The tissue chips were sliced continuously with a sharp one-off blade at a thickness of 3μm.Results All the tissues of the tissue microarray were the main histomorphological region.The wax block was intact,the tissue was arranged neatly.The wax block had no cracking and tissue loss.The tissue and the wax block were tightly bonded,and the tissue microarray could be cut out completely.Conclusion The method of making tissue microarrays by hand with different melting point waxes is simple and easy,and it does not need other costs.The staining effect of the sections is satisfactory,and the applicability is wide,so it can be popularized in clinic.
