High-quality Nursing After Orthodontic Treatment of Non-bracket Invisible Appliance

目的研究分析无托槽隐形矫治器正畸治疗后的优质护理干预措施。方法随机抽取2016年2月—2018年2月至我院接受治疗的无托槽隐形矫治器正畸治疗患者200例,按入院时间不同顺序将其分为治疗组(n=100)与对照组(n=100),治疗组与对照组分别予以优质护理与常规护理干预措施。对两组临床护理效果及护理满意度情况进行比较分析。结果经组间比较分析显示,治疗组护理质量显著优于对照组(P <0.05);且治疗组护理满意度均需显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床中无托槽隐形矫治器正畸治疗效果确切,且予以优质护理干预措施可有效保障治疗效果,同时提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment with invisible appliance without bracket and its nursing intervention.Methods 200 cases of orthodontic treatment with invisible appliance without bracket were randomly selected from February 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into treatment group(n=100)and control group(n=100)according to the order of admission time.The treatment group and control group were given high quality nursing and routine nursing intervention respectively.The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing quality of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The orthodontic treatment effect of invisible appliance without bracket is exact in clinic,and high quality nursing intervention can effectively guarantee the treatment effect,and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
