改进式回流灌肠在先天性巨结肠中应用的效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Improved Reflux Enema in Congenital Megacolon

目的对改进式清洁回流灌肠在先天性巨结肠择期手术患儿中的应用的效果进行评价。方法选择32例先天性巨结肠择期手术患儿,按就诊顺序编号,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各16例,其中试验组采用改进式清洁回流灌肠法,对照组采用常规的清洁回流灌肠法。结果试验组与对照组患儿比较,试验组平均腹围差大于对照组,肠道清洁度较高,且患儿平均住院天数缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改进式回流灌肠法对先天性巨结肠患儿灌肠,具有肠道清洁度高、缩短平均住院天数、减轻患儿痛苦等正面效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of improved reflux enema in congenital megacolon.Methods 32 children with Hirschsprung's disease undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 16 cases in each group.Among them,the experimental group was given the improved clean reflux enema method,while the control group was given the conventional clean reflux enema method.Results Compared with the control group,the average abdominal circumference difference was greater than that of the control group,and the intestinal cleanliness was higher,and the average length of hospital stay was shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved reflux enema method was used to enema in children with congenital giant colonic disease,and the high degree of intestinal cleansing can shorten the average length of hospitalization and reduce the pain of children.
