摘要
目的分析循证护理干预在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月前来我院就诊的86例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组43例。研究组行循证护理,对照组行常规护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组干预后生活质量得分均高于对照组,不良事件发生率4.7%和低血糖发生率2.3%,均低于对照组的20.9%、16.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者行循证护理干预疗效显著,明显改善的患者的生活质量,减少了并发症和低血糖的发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in senile diabetes nursing.Methods 86 elderly diabetic patients who came to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The study group was given evidence-based nursing while the control group was given routine nursing.The effect of nursing was compared.Results The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse events was 4.7%and the incidence of hypoglycemia was 2.3%,which was lower than 20.9%and 16.3%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes has significant effects,significantly improving the quality of life of patients,reducing the incidence of complications and hypoglycemia.
