基于学习周期理论的旅游管理本科实践教学体系优化

Optimization of Practical Teaching System of Tourism Management Undergraduate Course Based on Learning Cycle Theory

当前,大部分高校旅游管理专业实践教学体系存在传统本科教学模式对专业实践有所限制、实践教学与理论教学的结合度不够、实践教学安排的系统性不足、实践过程管理松散等问题。为此,有必要引入学习周期理论,对每一个实践环节进行详细设计,从学生参与实践的层次和幅度上进行深入思考,设计宽口径立体化的实践教学体系。该实践体系设计应重点强化两个环节:设计阶梯式的实践教学框架、建设层次化校企合作平台。旅游管理专业实践体系的优化需要以提升实践能力为目标,建设系统化课程体系;适度引入翻转课堂,实现校内课堂教学与校外企业实践有效衔接;强化实践过程管理,提高实践教学水平;加强创新创业教育,激发学生参与创新创业实践的积极性。

At present, the tourism management of traditional undergraduate teaching mode is limited to the professional practice in most colleges and universities, the combination of practical teaching and theory teaching is not enough, the systematic teaching arrangement insufficient, and practice process management loose and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the theory of learning cycle theory, design each practical link in detail, and think deeply from the level and extent of students’ participation in practice to design a three-dimensional practice teaching system with wide caliber. The design of the practice system should focus on strengthening two links: designing a step-by-step practical teaching framework and building a hierarchical school-enterprise cooperation platform. The optimization of the practice system of tourism management specialty needs to set up a systematic curriculum system with the aim of improving the practical ability: to introduce the flipping classroom appropriately; realize the effective connection between the classroom teaching and the practice of the enterprise outside the school; to strengthen the management of practical process; to improve the level of practical teaching; to strengthen the education of innovative entrepreneurship stimulating the enthusiasm of students to participate in the practice of innovative entrepreneurship.
