白石水库主要任务是直供下游区间补水和城市生活、工业用水。文章综合考虑白石水库近年来供水对象、水库来水量、水价和工程设备配套等变化因素的影响,对供水调度进行了详细分析,通过确定供水目标和供水限制条件,进行兴利调节分析,采用基于模拟与优化相结合的混合式方法编制修正的供水调度图,确定供水调度运行方式,为合理利用和优化配置水资源,提高水库经济效益提供了参考。

Baishi Reservoir has main task of directly supplying water to downstream area as well as water for urban life and industry water use. The influence of Baishi reservoir water supply object in recent years, reservoir inflow, water price, engineering equipment support and other change factors is comprehensively considered in the paper. Water supply dispatching analysis is conducted through determining water supply objectives and water supply limited condition. The mixed method based on combination of simulation and optimization is adopted to prepare and correct water supply operation chart, thereby determining water supply dispatch operation mode, and providing reference for rational utilizing and optimally configuring water resources, and improving reservoir economic benefits.
