摘要 [目的]评价综合考核体系在《护理学基础》课程中的应用效果。[方法]将106名护理本科生分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统考核评价方法,观察组采用综合考核评价方法,比较两组学生考核成绩和考核方法效果反馈差异。[结果]观察组学生的考核成绩高于对照组,考核方法反馈评分中有8项得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]综合考核体系有利于增加学生平时练习的积极性和考核成绩,提高学生的综合能力。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive assessment method in the course of Fundamental Nursing.Methods:Totally 106 undergraduate nursing students were divided into control group and observation group.Students in control group were given traditional assessment method,and students in the observation group were given comprehensive assessment method.The students'performance in the test and assessment method effect feedback was compared between two groups.Results:The scores of the observation group students were higher than the control group,and 8 of the evaluation method feedback scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive assessment method could improve students'enthusiasm of practice and fundamental nursing skills,and improve students'comprehensive ability.
