多学科合作治疗神经外科危重患者下肢深静脉血栓的护理

Multidisciplinary collaborative research on lower limb deep venous thrombosis in neurosurgical intensive care patients

目的分析多学科合作治疗神经外科危重患者下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取安阳市人民医院2016-01—2018-01收治的200例神经外科危重患者的临床资料,其中13例出现下肢深静脉血栓,加强多学科合作,及时评估,做好心理护理,密切观察病情变化,早期肢体功能锻炼,配合物理疗法。结果因采取预防措施和及时治疗,大部分患者未发生血栓,发生13例下肢深静脉血栓患者全部治愈,无并发症发生。结论下肢深静脉血栓是神经外科危重患者严重并发症之一,对此类患者采取有效预防措施,做好心理护理,加强评估及健康宣教,早期进行肢体功能锻炼,密切观察,早期发现,加强护理,密切配合多学科共同治疗,可促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the multidisciplinary the application of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in neurosurgical intensive care unit patients.Methods The choice of the clinical data of 200 neurosurgical intensive care unit patients from our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 revealed 13 cases of lower limb deep vein thrombosis.Management consisted of a combination of multidisciplinary care,close supervision,early physiotherapy and pharmacological agents.Results Due to appropriate preventive and management strategies,majority of the patients did not have complications of pulmonary embolism.All 13 patients recovered well with no complications.Conclusion Lower limb deep vein thrombosis is one of the clinically significant complications occurring in neurosurgical intensive care unit patients.A combination of effective prevention strategies,psychological care and health education,early physiotherapy,close supervision,early detection,excellent care and multidisciplinary management can improve the outcomes of these patients.
