生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗消化道出血的效果及安全性

Effect and safety of Somatostatin combined with Pantoprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的探讨生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗消化道出血的效果及安全性,为临床疾病治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年12月～2018年1月我院收治的130例消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例),对照组予以泮托拉唑治疗,观察组予以生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、凝血功能指标水平及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)短于对照组,D-二聚体水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化道出血患者采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗可明显改善患者的治疗效果,有效减轻出血,降低不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of Somatostatin combined with Pantoprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and provide evidence for treating disease.Methods A total of 130 cases with gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from December 2016 to Janurary 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(65 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with Pantoprazole,while the observation group was treated with Somatostatin and Pantoprazole.The total effective rate of treatment,the level of coagulation function and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,D-dimer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with Pantoprazole can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,effectively reduce bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
