医院中药房优化管理在提升药学服务中的应用效果

Application effect of hospital pharmacy optimization management in improving pharmaceutical service

"十三五"时期国家推出一系列发展中医药的方针政策,我院以此为契机,大力发展中医药,特别是全面改造中药房,优化各个环节的管理,从药品的采购、入库、养护、医院内流通各环节、临床使用,对药品质量和使用实行全程化监管,实现供药企业药品评估管理、中药零库存管理、小包装中药饮片和中药配方颗粒并驾齐驱的调配模式,寻找进一步发展的管理模式,有效提升药学服务质量。优化后的应用效果提示,可以节省药剂人员和工作空间、有效提高调配效率和准确率,更好提升药学服务质量。

During the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,a series of guidelines and policies for the development of traditional Chinese medicine have been launched by the state.Our hospital caught this opportunity to vigorously develop traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),especially to comprehensively remould Chinese pharmacies,optimize the management of various links such as drugs purchasing,storage,warehousing,delivering to each department for clinical application,full-scale supervise the drug quality and usage,achieve the deployment mode of pharmaceutical evaluation on drugs supplied by drug companies,zero inventory management on TCM drugs,small package of TCM decoction pieces,and TCM formula granules in order to further develop management mode and effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical services.The optimized application results suggest that the pharmaceutical personnel and working space can be saved,the allocation efficiency and accuracy can be effectively improved,and the quality of pharmaceutical service can be better improved.
