综合心理护理对老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者哮喘控制及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on asthma control and quality of life in elderly patients with cough variant asthma

目的探讨综合心理护理对老年咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者哮喘控制及生活质量的影响。方法回顾分析我院呼吸科2016年1月～2017年12月收治62例老年CVA患者的临床资料,依据护理方法不同将其分为对照组(31例)和实验组(31例),对照组采用常规临床护理干预,实验组采用综合心理护理,比较两组焦虑抑郁情绪改善情况以及社会功能指标的差异。结果实验组护理后抑郁(SDS)评分为(43.48±4.23)分,焦虑(SAS)评分为(40.07±3.05)分,对照组护理后SDS评分为(51.84±5.26)分,SAS评分为(52.43±4.16)分,实验组SDS和SAS评分结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组社会功能评分为(80.34±11.83)分,角色功能评分为(65.30±10.21)分,认知功能评分为(83.62±11.66)分,躯体功能评分为(77.47±12.19)分,对照组社会功能评分为(69.31±10.82)分,角色功能评分为(55.35±10.47)分,认知功能评分为(72.35±12.16)分,躯体功能评分为(68.88±11.34)分,实验组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年CVA患者在常规方法治疗和护理的基础上,接受综合心理护理,有助于改善患者的生活质量,控制哮喘的发作,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on asthma control and quality of life in elderly patients with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods The clinical data of 62 elderly patients with CVA admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(31 cases)and experiment group(31 cases)according to different nursing plans.The control group received routine clinical nursing intervention,and the experimental group was integrated psychological nursing.The improvement of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)and the results of social function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative nursing,SDS score was(43.48±4.23)points,the SAS score was(40.07±3.05)points in the experiment group,and the control group SDS score was(51.84±5.26)points,SAS score was(52.43±4.16)points,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The social function score of the experimental group was(80.34±11.83)points,the role function score was(65.30±10.21)points,the cognitive function score was(83.62±11.66)points,and the physical function score was(77.47±12.19)points,the functional score was(69.31±10.82)points in the experimental group,the role function score was(55.35±10.47)points,the cognitive function score was(72.35±12.16)points,and the physical function score was(68.88±11.34)points,scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional methods of treatment and nursing,elderly patients with CVA receive comprehensive psychological nursing,which can improve the quality of life of patients and control the onset of asthma,so the clinical application value is higher.
