优质护理对小儿支气管肺炎患者肺功能的改善效果

Improvement effect of high quality nursing on lung function in children with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨优质护理对小儿支气管肺炎肺功能的改善效果。方法选取我院2017年4月～2018年6月收治的50例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用优质护理。比较两组的肺功能指标(用力肺活量、最大呼气中的断流速、用力呼出气体容量、最高呼气流速)、护理效果。结果实验组治疗后肺功能指标明显优于对照组,护理总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实验组采取优质护理能更好地使患儿的肺功能指标得到提高,并且提高患儿的生活水平,所以值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the improvement effect of high quality nursing on lung function in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 50 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.By random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was used in the control group,while in the experimental group,high quality nursing was adopted on the basis of the conventional nursing.The lung function indicators including forced vital capacity,maximum expiratory flow rate,forced expiratory gas volume,maximum expiratory flow rate,and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function indicators of the children in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the total nursing effectiveness was higher than that of the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worthy of clinical application to adopt high quality care for patients in the experimental group to improve the lung function indicators of the children as well as their daily lives.
