集束化护理在先兆流产护理中的应用效果

目的探讨先兆流产护理中集束化护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月～2018年3月收治的90例先兆流产患者,采取抽签法将其分为两组,每组各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施集束化护理,干预后用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价两组的心理健康情况,比较临床效果。结果干预后,观察组治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、负性评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先兆流产护理中应用集束化护理能有效改善患者不良心理情绪,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of cluster nursing in the nuring of threatened abortion.Methods All 90 patients with threatened abortion in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by draw lots,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing.The observation group was implemented cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.After intervention,the psychological health of the two groups of patients was evaluated by the symptom checklist(SCL-90),and the clinical curative effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of somatization,anxiety,depression,fear and hostility in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in threatened abortion nursing can effectively improve the patients′ bad psychological mood and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worth popularizing.
