摘要
针对传统射流气浮机在废水处理过程中存在气体吸入量低、溶气效果差、溶气罐占地大等问题,以双膜理论、溶质渗透理论、表面更新理论为依据,采用螺旋喷嘴、旋转叶轮刀片和Z型板混合器等构件,对传统射流气浮机的气水混合、气泡重组与破碎方式进行优化。工程应用结果表明,改进后的螺旋射流气浮机在处理含油废水时,油去除率可达97.5%,效果较好,可在含油废水处理领域推荐使用。
There are some problems during treating wastewater by traditional jet flotation machine,such as low air suction capacity,low air-dissolving efficiency,and big air tank.Based on the two-film theory,penetration theory and surface renewal theory,a new high-efficiency spiral jet flotation machine with spiral nozzle,rotating impeller blade and Z shaped baffle mixer was developed and the steam-water mixing efficiency,the bubble recombined and broken way were optimized.The engineering application results show that the oil-removal efficiency of the machine can reach 97.5%with higher than the traditional flotation machine.The spiral jet flotation machine can be used to treat oil-containing wastewater.
