摘要
本文针对刘家峡扩机工程机组调试过程中出现的设计及施工问题,分析了离相封闭母线在温升试验中(短路情况下)出现烧红现象的原因,并提出处理方案。处理过程及方案有效地解决了母线在温升试验中因涡流现象产生的过热问题,为机组安全运行及设备的后续维护保养提供了宝贵的经验。
Aiming at the design and construction problems in the commissioning process of Liujiaxia expansion engineering unit,the reasons for the red-burning phenomenon of off-phase closed bus in the temperature rise test(short circuit)are analyzed.Solutions are proposed.The treatment process and scheme effectively solve the overheating problem caused by eddy current phenomenon in the temperature rise test of the bus,thereby providing valuable experience for safe operation of the unit and subsequent maintenance of the equipment.
