摘要
为适应中小型渡槽特点,在普溪河渡槽项目中对造槽机原结构进行了调整,导致出现了局部结构应力集中、主梁下部非过跨主受力区域截面强度不足、承载状态下内外梁因刚度不一致不能协调变形等问题。通过对上口顶丝及内倒角压模的优化,改善了混凝土外观质量;通过为造槽机增加避雷及可开合顶棚,使其具备了全天候作业能力。实践证明以上改进及优化效果显著,可为同类造槽机设计提供参考。
The original structure of the groove machine is adjusted in Puxi River Aqueduct Project in order to adapt to the characteristics of small and medium-sized aqueduct,thereby leading to the following problems:local structural stress concentration,insufficient cross-section strength on the lower part of the main beam in the non-cross-span main stress area,and failure of internal and external beams to coordinate deformation due to inconsistent stiffness under load bearing state.In addition,the appearance quality of concrete is improved by optimizing the top wire of the upper port and chamfering die.The machine has all-weather operation ability through adding lightning protection and open-close roof to the groove machine.The practice has proved that the above improvement and optimization effect is significant,which can provide reference for the design of similar groove machines.
