基于热网络法的电动汽车减速箱热平衡温度研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某企业电动汽车工作过程中减速箱温度升高,产生热应力影响箱体结构强度的问题,本文基于热网络法,对减速箱的传热路径和传热方式进行了分析,建立了减速箱的热网络模型和热平衡方程,计算了减速箱的产热大小和热阻,通过MATLAB软件求解得到热平衡状态下减速箱各节点的温度,为箱体的热-结构耦合分析提供了参考。 In order to solve the high temperature problem producing thermal stress which affects structural strength when electrical vehicle gearbox is working,in this paper,the heat transfer paths and heat transfer modes of the gearbox are analyzed,and the heat network model and heat balance equations are also established based on thermal network method.The nodes temperature of the gearbox is obtained by calculating the thermal source power and thermal resistance with MATLAB program at the condition of thermal balance.It provides a reference for the thermal-stress loading coupling analysis of the gearbox.
