新县方言的置换假设标记“把”及其来源

Substitution-hypothetical Marker “Ba” in Xinxian Dialect and its Origin

语料显示,新县方言中"把"能做置换假设标记。考察汉语史发现,置换假设标记"把"由给予义动词"把"语法化而来,并且在湘语中也有分布。

Xinxian dialect corpus shows that the word “Ba(把)” is indicated to serve as substitution-hypothetical markers in Xinxian dialect. On the basis of an exhaustive examination of Chinese language development, it is found that this function of “Ba” has developed grammatically from verbs of “Ba”, denoting the meaning of the giving. The same usage of the “Ba” can also be found in Xiang dialect.
