血清肿瘤特异性生长因子与癌胚抗原的检测对结肠癌患者的临床价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究对结肠癌患者实施血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)与癌胚抗原(CEA)的检测效果。方法随机抽取2016年3月—2017年5月该院58例结肠癌患者、58例结肠良性病变患者及同期58名来该院行健康体检者为观察对象,对所有观察对象均实施TSGF与CEA检测,研究对比上述观察对象的TSGF与CEA检测结果。结果 (1)结肠癌组TSGF与CEA检测结果相比结肠良性病变组、体检组明显更高(P<0.05);(2)结肠癌组TSGF与CEA阳性率检测结果相比结肠良性病变组、体检组明显更高(P<0.05),且结肠癌患者联合检测的阳性率较单一检测更高;(3)低分化结肠癌组TSGF与CEA检测结果均高于高分化组和中分化组,且中分化结肠癌组TSGF与CEA检测结果均高于高分化组(P<0.05);(4)低分化结肠癌组TSGF与CEA阳性率检测结果均高于中分化及高分化组,且联合检测的阳性率较单一检测更高,但统计结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者实施血清肿瘤特异性生长因子与癌胚抗原检测十分可行,可为临床医师诊断病情提供依据。 Objective To investigate the effects of serum tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)on colon cancer patients.Methods From March 2016 to May 2017,58 patients with colon cancer,58 patients with benign colonic lesions,and 58 patients who came to our hospital for physical examination were randomly selected.All subjects were observed.The TSGF and CEA tests were performed to compare the TSGF and CEA results of the above observations.Results 1.The results of TSGF and CEA in colon cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign colonic lesions and physical examination group(P﹤0.05).2.The results of TSGF and CEA positive rate in colon cancer group were compared with benign colonic lesions and physical examination group,being significantly higher(P﹤0.05),and the positive rate of combined detection of colon cancer patients was higher than that of single detection;3.the results of TSGF and CEA in poorly differentiated colon cancer group were higher than those in high differentiation group and middle differentiation group,and results of TSGF and CEA in the differentiated colon cancer group were higher than those in the highly differentiated group(P﹤0.05).4.The results of TSGF and CEA positive rate in the poorly differentiated colon cancer group were higher than those in the moderately differentiated and highly differentiated group,and the combined detection was positive rate was higher than the single test,but the statistical results were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to detect serum tumor-specific growth factor and carcinoembryonic antigen in patients with colon cancer,which can provide a basis for clinicians to diagnose the disease.
