LPG负压振动理疗仪对剖宫产切口早期干预的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察剖宫产切口早期应用LPG负压振动理疗仪干预的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月—2018年10月在该院行剖宫产手术的120例产妇,根据随机抽样法将患者分为观察组(60例),对照组(60例),对照组术后腹部切口采用微波治疗,而观察组在对照组基础上应用LPG负压振动理疗仪进行切口康复理疗,根据患者腹部切口疼痛情况及切口愈合情况进行疗效评价。结果治疗前所有患者疼痛分级均为II~III级,观察组VAS评分(6.97±1.45)分,对照组VAS评分(6.85±1.66)分,比较两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.42,P>0.05)。治疗后观察组有28例患者疼痛等级由III级下降II级,24例患者由II级至下降至I级,VAS评分显著降低。对照组有20例患者疼痛等级由III级下降II级,22例患者由II级至下降至I级,VAS评分较前改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察其愈合情况,观察组愈合状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波及负压振动理疗均能促进患者切口愈合,缓解术口疼痛,且联合应用临床疗效更显著,可在临床推广使用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of early intervention of laparotomy incision with LPG negative pressure vibration physiotherapy. Methods A total of 120 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into obsenation group (60 cases), control group (60 cases). The abdominal incision was treated with microwave, and the observation group was treated with LPG negative pressure vibration physiotherapy instrument for incision rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the patient's abdominal incision pain and wound healing. Results The pain grades of all patients before treatment were grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ. The VAS score of the observation group was (6.97±1.45)points, and the VAS score of the control group was (6.85±1.66)points. There was no difference in VAS score between the two groups (t=0.42, P﹥0.05). After treatment, the pain level of 28 patients in the observation group decreased from grade Ⅲ to grade II, and 24 patients decreased from grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅰ, and the VAS score decreased significantly. In the control group, the pain level of 20 patients decreased from grade Ⅲ to grade Ⅱ, and 22 patients from grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅰ. The VAS score was not significantly improved compared with the previous one, and the difference was not statistically significant (P﹥0.05). The healing of the observation group was observed, and the healing condition of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Microwave and negative pressure vibration physiotherapy can promote the healing of incision and relieve pain in the operation. The combined clinical application is more effective and can be used in clinical practice.
