盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Chronic Bronchitis and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 2016年1月—2018年9月选取100例在该院接受慢性支气管炎治疗的患者,根据入院治疗的先后顺序,分为常规组(50例)与干预组(50例),常规组实施常规治疗,干预组添加使用盐酸氨溴索治疗。回顾分析两组患者的临床资料,对比治疗效果、症状积分、不良反应与睡眠质量,进行统计学分析。结果比对两组患者治疗有效率,干预组(92.00%)明显高于常规组(78.00%),组间数据结果证实后差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.843 1,P<0.05)。比对两组患者治疗后的气喘症状积分、咳痰症状积分,干预组改善均优于常规组,组间数据结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从不良反应发生结果与睡眠积分评估结果来看,研究组更优,与参照组比对后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎患者使用盐酸氨溴索治疗,不仅使症状积分与睡眠质量得到改善,同时还提高治疗效果,降低不良反应,对患者的治疗具有重要作用,可在临床上进一步普及。

Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on chronic bronchitis and its effect on sleep quality. Methods 100 patients who received chronic bronchitis in our hospital were divided into routine group (50 cases) and intervention group (50 cases) according to the order of admission treatment. Conventional group received routine treatment, and intervention group added hydrochloric acid ambroxol treatment. The clinical data of the two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the therapeutic effects, symptom scores, adverse reactions and sleep quality were compared for statistical analysis. Results The effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups. The intervention group (92.00%) was significantly higher than the conventional group (78.00%). The difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ2=3.843 1 P﹤0.05). The scores of asthma symptoms and cough symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups. The improvement of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group. The difference between the groups was statistical significance(P﹤0.05). From the results of adverse reactions and sleep score evaluation, the study group was better, and the difference was compared with the reference group,, statistically significant(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with chronic bronchitis not only improves the symptom score and sleep quality, but also improves the therapeutic effect and reduces the adverse reactions. It plays an important role in the treatment of patients and can be further clinically popularized.
