腰硬联合麻醉在妊高症剖腹产中的应用

Application of Combined Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia in Caesarean Section of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉在妊高征剖腹产中的应用效果。方法选取72例2014年10月—2017年10月在该院行剖腹产手术的妊高症产妇,将其分为观察组和对照组,各36例。给对照组产妇给予硬膜外麻醉,给观察组产妇给予腰硬联合麻醉。观察并比较两组产妇临床指标的变化情况。结果给两组产妇给予不同的麻醉方式后,观察组产妇的肌肉松弛率(100.00%)明显优于对照组产妇的肌肉松弛率(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的镇痛有效率(97.22%)明显优于对照组产妇的镇痛有效率(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇在手术中各项不良反应的发生率(2.78%)与对照组产妇在手术中各项不良反应的发生率(5.56%),结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给妊高症剖腹产产妇给予腰硬联合麻醉,不但能够提高产妇的肌肉松弛率和镇痛有效率,麻醉的起效还快,麻醉效果更为显著,此种麻醉方法还有较高的安全性,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia on caesarean section in pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 72 women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases each.Epidural anesthesia was given to the control group,and the combined observation of the maternal and abdominal anesthesia was performed.Observe and compare the changes of maternal clinical indicators.Results After giving different anesthesia methods to the two groups of women,the muscle relaxation rate(100.00%)of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the analgesic effective rate of the observation group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(2.78%)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(5.56%),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion The combination of spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section women with pregnancy-induced hypertension can not only improve the muscle relaxation rate and analgesia efficiency of the mother,but also the anesthetic effect is more effective.The anesthetic effect is of more significant safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
