The Development of Think Tanks with High-quality under a Changing International Order——Reviews on the 2018 Shanghai Global Think Tank Forum

[目的/意义]在风起云涌的国际形势下,为进一步总结智库在内政外交中的重要作用,揭示重大国际事件中的智库因素,探索智库高质量、多元化发展的路径与对策。[方法 /过程]2018年10月25-26日,上海社会科学院、复旦发展研究院、万里智库联合主办"2018年上海全球智库论坛"。[结果 /结论 ]论坛吸引了200多位国内外智库代表参会,围绕"国际秩序变化与智库高质量发展"主题,就国际秩序变动下的智库作用、"一带一路"建设中的智库因素、中国经济高质量发展的智库建言、如何实现智库的高质量与多元化发展,以及智库评价如何推动智库转型与改革等议题进行了充分的探讨与交流,一定程度上反映了当前智库研究与智库建设领域的前沿问题,为面向未来的中国特色智库建设提供了国内外交流与合作的平台。

[Purpose/significance]In the surging international environment,it is much important to summarize the roles of think tanks in the internal affairs and diplomacy,to reveal the think tank factors in major international events,and to explore the path and countermeasures for the development of think tanks with high-quality and diversification.[Methods/process]Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences,with Fudan Development Institute and Wan Li Think Tank co-host the“2018 Shanghai Global Think Tank Forum”on October 25th-26th,2018.[Result/conclusion]Over 200 representatives from top think tanks around the world get together under the theme of“The Development of Think Tanks with High-quality under a Changing International Order”.A series of frontier topics in the fields of think tank construction are discussed including the roles think tanks played in the changing international order,the effect think tanks taken in the“Belt and Road”initiative,the suggestions think tanks made in the China’s high-quality economic development,and how to promote the development of think tanks with high-quality and diversification,how to propel the think tanks reform and transformation by think tank evaluations.This forum provides a platform for exchanges and collaborates at home and abroad for the future-oriented construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
