暴露风险评价法在室内微生物污染中的应用

Application of Exposure Risk Assessment Methodin Indoor Microbial Contamination

文章针对通风空调系统造成的室内微生物污染,引入暴露风险评价法,对室内暴露人群的健康风险进行评价,包括污染物辨识、暴露途径确定、暴露量计算和风险评估四步骤,并对每一步的执行过程进行详细阐述。该评价法的引入旨在为室内微生物污染的定量评价做出基础研究,评定室内微生物污染对暴露人体健康的危害程度,以便人们采取积极的预防措施,保证身体健康。但该评价法在室内微生物污染领域的应用,尚不成熟,仍需不断完善。

In view of indoor microbial contamination caused by ventilation and air conditioning system,this paper introduces exposure risk assessment method to evaluate the health risk of indoor exposed population,including four steps:pollutant identification,exposure path determination,exposure calculation and risk assessment,and elaborates on the implementation process of each step.The introduction of this evaluation method aims to make a basic research for quantitative evaluation of indoor microbial pollution and to assess the harm degree of indoor microbial pollution to human health,so that people can take active preventive measures to ensure their health.However,the application of the evaluation method in the field of indoor microbial contamination is not yet mature and needs to be perfected.
