柱形装药爆破作用下岩石破坏分区理论解析 被引量:3

摘要 研究柱形装药爆破下岩石破坏分区半径、破坏各区位移应力和周边控制爆破时装药径向不耦合系数计算问题。基于炸药爆轰波的C-J理论和空腔膨胀理论,采用Tresca屈服准则模拟爆破近区的本构关系,利用爆破近区的速度场建立破碎区的动力控制方程,结合径向裂纹区的准静力平衡方程和弹性振动区的应力-应变关系,给出柱形耦合和不耦合装药爆破作用下岩石破坏分区半径及计算点位移应力的理论解析,推导周边眼控制爆破的装药径向不耦合系数和单孔装药量计算公式。根据破坏区半径比的结果与已有文献结果的比较,证明了本文理论方法的正确性和可靠性。 The calculation problem of the radius of the rock failure zone,displacements and stresses of the rock failure zone,the charge radial uncoupling coefficient under the cylindrical charge blasting are mainly studied in the paper.Based on the C-J theory of the detonation wave of explosives and cavity expansion theory,by adopting Tresca yield criterion to simulate the constitutive relation of the blasting near zone,and by using the velocity field of the blasting near zone to establish the dynamic control equation of the broken zone,combining with the quasi-static balance equation of the radial crack zone and stress-strain relationship of the elastic vibration zone,the theoretical solution of the displacements and stresses and the damage zone radius of the rock mass under the action of the cylindrical coupled and uncoupled charge blasting were given,and the calculation formula of the single hole charge and the charge radial uncoupling coefficient for controlling the surrounding eye blasting were derived.According to the comparison of the radius ratio of the failure zone between the theoretical method and the existing literature results,the correctness and reliability of the theoretical method is proved.
