胎儿先天性心脏畸形MRI诊断的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 先天性心脏畸形(congenital cardiac anomalies,CCA)是最常见的一种先天畸形,发病率在活产新生儿中高达9‰[1-2],许多CCA由于胎儿出生后即死亡或在宫内死亡,因此胎儿期许多CCA在出生后是见不到的,成为胎儿期特定的心脏畸形。早期明确诊断这些CCA,能为这些胎儿的产前处理方式或出生后的治疗方案提供依据,降低这些胎儿出生后的死亡率。超声心动图(ultrasound cardiogram,UCG)是胎儿心脏检查的主要手段,随着胎儿磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术的发展,MRI开始应用于胎儿心脏结构及相关CCA的检查[3-5]。本文就MRI在胎儿心脏系统方面的应用进行综述。
