喉鳞癌组织中IDO和Foxp3的表达及临床价值 被引量:1

Expression and clinical value of IDO and Foxp3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨喉鳞癌组织中吲哚胺2,3双加氧酶(IDO)和转录因子Foxp3的表达情况及其临床价值。方法选择包头医学院第一附属医院2007年6月至2015年3月收治的60例喉鳞癌患者(标本)为试验组,30例喉声带息肉患者(标本)为对照组。应用免疫组织化学SABC单染法检测两组患者IDO和Foxp3的表达并进行分析。结果试验组患者的IDO和Foxp3免疫反应阳性细胞的阳性灰度值(染色强度)及阳性细胞数均显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的IDO和Foxp3阳性表达率分别为66.67%和58.33%,明显高于对照组的13.33%和10.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌的发生、发展以及免疫耐受、侵袭转移的相关机制中,IDO和Foxp3均具有重要作用,其可作为喉癌早期诊断和判断预后的敏感性指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) and transcription factor Foxp3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients (specimens) with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from June 2007 to March 2015 were selected as experimental group,and 30 patients (specimens) with laryngeal vocal cord polyps were selected as control group.The expression of IDO and Foxp3 in the two groups were detected and analyzed by the immunohistochemical SABC monochrome staining.Results The positive gray value (staining intensity) and the number of positive cells of IDO and Foxp3 immunoreactive positive cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression rates of IDO and Foxp3 in the experimental group were 66.67% and 58.33% respectively,which were significantly higher than 13.33% and 10.00% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion IDO and Foxp3 play important roles in the occurrence,development,immune tolerance,invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer,which can be used as sensitive indicators for early diagnosis and prognosis judgement of laryngeal cancer.
