新辅助化疗后间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of intermittent cytoreductive surgery for advanced ovarian cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy

目的研究新辅助化疗后间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的80例晚期卵巢癌患者,以随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者实施新辅助化疗后间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术,对照组患者实施首次肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗。比较两组患者围术期出血量、手术时间、住院时间、排气时间及近期疗效。结果观察组患者的出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间及排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗后间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗晚期卵巢癌患者能促进患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,改善预后。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intermittent cytoreductive surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with intermittent cytoreductive surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and patients in the the control group were treated with first cytoreductive surgery for tumors.The perioperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,exhaust time and short-term efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time,hospitalization time and exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The intermittent cytoreductive surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced ovarian cancer can promote postoperative recovery of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis.
