左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗桥本甲状腺炎所致甲状腺功能减退症的效果

Effect of sodium levothyroxine combined with selenium supplementationin the treatment of hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis

目的探讨左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗桥本甲状腺炎所致甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果。方法将我院收治的172例桥本甲状腺炎所致甲状腺功能减退症患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(86例,左甲状腺素钠治疗)与观察组(86例,左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组甲状腺体积均减小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组TSH、FT4、FT3及血硒水平均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗桥本甲状腺炎所致甲状腺功能减退症的效果显著,其可缓解患者临床症状,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium levothyroxine combined with selenium supplementation in the treatment of hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods A total of 172 patients with hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis were divided into control group (86 cases,treated with sodium levothyroxine) and observation group (86 cases,treated with sodium levothyroxine combined with selenium supplementation) by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the thyroid volume of both groups decreased,and that of the observation group was smaller than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of TSH,FT4,FT3 and blood selenium improved in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The sodium levothyroxine combined with selenium supplementation in the treatment of hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's thyroiditis has a remarkable effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
