摘要
目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例胫骨平台双髁骨折患者按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组实施双钢板内固定治疗,对照组实施外侧锁定钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的住院时间、骨折愈合时间、负重时间均明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前、后,两组的SOST、β-catenin水平无显著差异,且手术后两组间SOST、β-catenin水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双钢板与外侧锁定钢板内固定在胫骨平台双髁骨折的治疗中均可取得较为理想的效果。双钢板内固定治疗更有利于患者早期膝功能锻炼,术后并发症更少,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double plate internal fixation in the treatment of bicondylar tibial plateau fractures.Methods Sixty patients with bicondylar tibial plateau fractures admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with double plate internal fixation,while the control group was treated with lateral locking plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of hospitalization,fracture healing and weight-bearing of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the lavels of SOST and β-catenin between the two groups before and after operation,and those had no significant difference between the two groups after operation (P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Double plate and lateral locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of bicondylar tibial plateau fractures can achieve better results.Double plate internal fixation has slower postoperative recovery,but the excellent and good rate of treatment is higher,which is worth clinical application.
