声波手机联合镍钛器械在下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of sonic mobile phone combined with nickel-titanium instrument in C-shaped root canal therapy of mandibular second molars

目的分析声波手机联合镍钛器械在下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院口腔科收治的130例(130颗牙)需行下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为联合组与对照组,各65例(65颗牙)。联合组采用声波手机和镍钛器械进行根管预备,对照组仅采用镍钛器械进行根管预备,比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组疼痛程度分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的恰充率为95.38%,明显高于对照组的83.08%(P<0.05)。联合组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论声波手机联合镍钛器械应用于老年人下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗中效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提高根管填充效果及手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of sonic mobile phone combined with nickel-titanium instrument in C-shaped root canal therapy of mandibular second molars.Methods A total of 130 patients (130 teeth) who need C-shaped root canal therapy of mandibular second molars in stomatology department of our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into combined group and control group by random number table method,with 65 cases (65 teeth) in each group.The root canal preparation was performed with sonic mobile phone combined with nickel-titanium instrument in the combined group,while the root canal preparation was performed with nickel-titanium instrument only in the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain grade of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The appropriate filling rate of the combined group was 95.38%,which was significantly higher than 83.08% of the control group (P<0.05).The treatment effect of the combined group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sonic mobile phone combined with nickel-titanium instrument has a remarkable effect in the treatment of C-shaped root canal therapy of mandibular second molars in the elderly,which can reduce the degree of pain,improve the effect of root canal filling and surgical treatment,and reduce the incidence of complications after operation.It is worth clinical promotion.
