康柏西普和曲安奈德治疗视网膜颞上分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的效果

Effect of compassip and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of macular edema due to retinal superior temporal branch vein occlusion

目的比较康柏西普和曲安奈德治疗视网膜颞上分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的临床效果,为合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析39例(39眼)首次确诊为颞上分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的患者的临床资料,根据用药将患者分为康柏西普组(20例,应用康柏西普注射液)和曲安奈德组(19例,应用曲安奈德注射液)。比较两组患者视力、眼压及黄斑区视网膜厚度变化。结果两组患者术后7、28、60、90、120 d的视力及黄斑区视网膜厚度均明显优于术前(P<0.05);术后7、28 d,康柏西普组患者的视力均明显优于曲安奈德组(P<0.05);术后28、60、90 d,康柏西普组患者的黄斑区视网膜厚度均明显小于曲安奈德组(P<0.05);术后60、90、120 d,康柏西普组患者的眼压明显低于曲安奈德组(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德和康柏西普在治疗视网膜颞上分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿中均具有良好的效果,但采用康柏西普的患者视力恢复更优于曲安奈德,同时,曲安奈德易引发眼压增高。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of compassip and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of macular edema due to retinal superior temporal branch vein occlusion,and to provide evidence for rational drug use.Methods The clinical data of thirty-nine patients (39 eyes) with macular edema due to retinal superior temporal branch vein occlusion were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into compoxip group (20 cases,treated with compoxip injection) and triamcinolone acetonide group (19 cases,treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection) according to different medications.The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure and retinal thickness in macular area were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity and macular retinal thickness of the two groups at 7,28,60,90 and 120 days after operation were significantly better than those before operation (P<0.05).At 7 and 28 days after operation,the visual acuity of the compassix group were significantly better than those of the triamcinolone acetonide group (P<0.05).At 28,60 and 90 days after operation,the macular retinal thickness in the compassix group were significantly smaller than those in the triamcinolone acetonide group (P<0.05).At 60,90 and 120 days after operation,the intraocular pressure in the compoxip group were significantly lower than those in the triamcinolone acetonide group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compassip and triamcinolone acetonide have good effects in the treatment of macular edema due to retinal superior temporal branch vein occlusion,but the visual recovery of patients treated with compassix is better than that of triamcinolone acetonide.At the same time,triamcinolone acetonide is liable to cause increased intraocular pressure.
