参松养心胶囊联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常的效果及对患者心电图、血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with low dose amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia and its effect on electrocardiogram and vascular endothelial function in patients

目的探究参松养心胶囊联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常的效果及对患者心电图、血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的124例室性心律失常患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组给予常规剂量胺碘酮治疗,观察组给予小剂量胺碘酮联合参松养心胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心电图结果、血管内皮功能指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、后PR间期及QT间期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组复律时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FMD和NEDV均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常疗效显著,起效较快且不影响患者正常心电活动,还可改善患者血管内皮功能,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with low dose amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia and its effect on electrocardiogram and vascular endothelial function in patients.Methods A total of 124 patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dose of amiodarone,and the observation group was given low-dose amiodarone combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule.The clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram results,the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in PR interval and QT interval between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,the recovery time of heart rhythw in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,FMD and NEDV in both groups increased significantly,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with low-dose amiodarone has a remarkable effect in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.It has a rapid onset and does not affect the normal electrical activity of patients.It can also improve the vascular endothelial function of patients and with high safety.
