固本祛痰化瘀汤与噻托溴铵吸入治疗慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证的临床效果

Clinical effect of Guben Qutan Huayu decoction and tiotropium bromide inhalation on phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究固本祛痰化瘀汤与噻托溴铵吸入治疗慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证的临床效果。方法将我院收治的78例慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证患者随机分为对照组(n=39,噻托溴铵)和治疗组(n=39,固本祛痰化瘀汤联合噻托溴铵)。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组FEV1、FVC、及FEV1/FVC高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组症状严重程度及发生频率、症状引起的活动受限、对日常活动的影响评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、哮喘音、感冒、自汗、气短评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用固本祛痰化瘀汤与噻托溴铵吸入治疗慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证效果显著,其可缓解患者临床症状,改善肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guben Qutan Huayu decoction and tiotropium bromide inhalation on phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=39,tiotropium bromide) and treatment group (n=39,Guben Qutan Huayu decoction combined with tiotropium bromide).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).The scores of severity and frequency of symptoms,the limitation of activity caused by symptoms and the impact on daily activities of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The scores of cough,expectoration,wheezing,asthma,cold,spontaneous sweating and shortness of breath in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The Guben Qutan Huayu decoction and tiotropium bromide inhalation therapy in the treatment of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has remarkable application effect,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application effect.
