不同剂量丹红注射液联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的安全性

Safety of different doses of Danhong injection combined with mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的分析不同剂量丹红注射液联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的安全性,以期能保障临床用药安全性。方法将我院收治的123例糖尿病周围神经病变患者按照不同用药方式分成A、B、C三组,各41例。A组采用甲钴胺片进行治疗,B组采用20 m L丹红注射液+甲钴胺片进行治疗,C组采用40 mL丹红注射液+甲钴胺片进行治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果与用药安全性。结果 A、B、C三组治疗总有效率分别为75.61%、80.49%、95.12%,C组的治疗总有效率高于A、B两组(P<0.05),A、B组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,三组患者正中神经、腓神经的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度均升高,但B、C两组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变采用大剂量丹红注射液联合甲钴胺片进行治疗可获得较为理想的效果,且不会产生严重不良反应,用药安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the safety of different doses of Danhong injection combined with mecobalamin tablets in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,in order to ensure the safety of clinical medication.Methods A total of 123 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital were divided into groups A,B and C according to difference medication methods,with 41 cases in each group.The group A was treated with mecobalamin tablets,the group B was treated with 20 mL Danhong injection and mecobalamin tablets,the group C was treated with 40 mL Danhong injection and mecobalamin tablets.The therapeutic effects and medication safety of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of treatment of the group A,B and C were 75.61%,80.49% and 95.12% respectively.The total effective rate of treatment in the group C was higher than that of the group A and B (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the group A and the group B (P>0.05).After medication,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve increased in the three groups,but those in the group B and C were significantly higher than the group A (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion High dose Danhong injection combined with mecobalamin tablets can achieve ideal effects in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and will not produce serious adverse reactions,which has a higher safety of medication.
