中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病慢性心衰的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的探讨中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病慢性心衰的效果。方法将我院收治的160例气虚血瘀型冠心病慢性心衰患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(80例,常规西药治疗)与观察组(80例,常规西药+益气活血汤治疗),比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组中医症状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组CI、SI、EF水平均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组MLHFQ评分及6 min步行试验结果均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病慢性心衰效果显著,其可明显缓解患者临床症状,改善患者心功能。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into control group (80 cases,routine western medicine treatment) and observation group (routine western medicine+Yiqi Huoxue decoction treatment) according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of CI,SI and EF in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).The MLHFQ scores and 6-minute walking test results in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type has a remarkable effect.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their cardiac function.
