Roy适应模式在住院抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果及其对应对方式的影响

Application effect of Roy adaptation model in the nursing of hospitalized patients with depression and its effect on coping styles

目的探究Roy适应模式在住院抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果,旨在为临床提供指导。方法将2016年1月至2018年1月我院120例住院抑郁症患者随机分为观察组(60例,Roy适应模式干预)和对照组(60例,常规护理模式干预)。比较两组患者的护理满意度、抑郁评分、心理健康状况评分及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评分。结果观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的HAMD、SAS评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的积极应对、消极应对评分均显著改善,且观察组均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Roy适应模式对住院抑郁症患者的干预效果显著,其可有效缓解患者抑郁症状,改善应对方式,对提高患者生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation model in the nursing of hospitalized patients with depression,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients with depression in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases,Roy adaptation model intervention) and control group (60 cases,conventional nursing model intervention).The nursing satisfaction,scores of depression,mental health and simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD and SAS of the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of positive coping and negative coping of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy adaptation model has a significant effect on the intervention of hospitalized patients with depression,which can effectively alleviate depressive symptoms,improve coping styles,and has a positive significance in improving the quality of life of patients.
