精细化护理干预对高血压脑出血内科保守治疗患者配合度及预后的改善作用

Improvement effect of refined nursing intervention on the degree of coordination and prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with internal medicine conservative treatment

目的探讨精细化护理干预对高血压脑出血内科保守治疗患者配合度及预后的改善作用。方法将医院收治的108例采取内科保守治疗的高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组(54例,常规护理)和研究组(54例,常规护理联合精细化护理干预)。对比两组护理前、后NIHSS评分、配合度及预后情况。结果护理后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组配合优良率和预后良好率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血内科保守治疗患者实施精细化护理干预能够显著减轻神经功能缺损程度,提升患者配合度,改善预后。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of refined nursing intervention on the degree of coordination and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage prognosis of patients with internal medicine conservative treatment.Methods A total of 108 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital who underwent medical conservative treatment were randomly divided into control group (54 cases,routine nursing) and study group (54 cases,routine nursing combined with refined nursing intervention).The scores of NIHSS before and after nursing,coordination degree and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing the scores of NIHSS in the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of coordination and prognosis good rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with internal medicine conservative treatment can significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficit,improve;conservative treatment coordination degree and prognosis of patients.
