科技创新投入效果评价

本文主要探讨科技创新政策实施效果评价,选取了南京、南昌、苏州、合肥、济南等几个大中型城市作为代表,运用相关分析、科技创新指标设置、灰色预测对五个城市的科技创新投入效果进行实证分析,并在综合分析的基础上得出结论,并提出相应政策建议。

This paper mainly discusses the evaluation of the effect of the implementation of science and technology innovation policy.Several large and medium-sized cities,such as Nanjing,Nanchang,Suzhou,Hefei and Jinan,are selected as representatives.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the investment effect of scientific and technological innovation in five cities by using correlation analysis,index setting of scientific and technological innovation and grey prediction.Based on the comprehensive analysis,it draws conclusions and gives corresponding policy recommendations.
