摘要
[目的/意义]本文从用户信息采纳行为的视角出发,通过信息采纳意向的中介效应针对数字图书馆个性化推荐的影响因素进行研究。[方法/过程]在计划行为理论的基础上构建了数字图书馆个性化推荐信息用户采纳行为模型,并通过实证研究对该模型进行检验与分析。[结果/结论]数据分析结果表明:信息采纳意向在感知有用性、用户期望、信息质量及主观规范对数字图书馆个性化推荐用户信息采纳行为的影响作用中均有中介效应。
[Purpose/Significance]From the perspective of user information adoption behavior,the paper studied the influencing factors of personalized recommendation of digital library through the mediation effect of information adoption intention.[Method/Process]On the basis of the theory of planned behavior,the digital library personalized recommendation user information adoption behavior model was constructed.what s more,the model was tested and analyzed through empirical research.[Result/Conclusion]The results of data analysis showed that the information adoption intention had a mediating effect when perceived usefulness,user expectations,information quality and subjective norms had an influence on the digital library s personalized recommendation of user information adoption behavior.
