论生态治理背景下垃圾分类回收的利益实现机制——基于利益相关者理论的研究

Benefit Actualization Mechanism of Garbage Classification and Recycling under the Background of Ecological Management: Based on the Research of Stakeholder Theory

近年来,生态治理被提升至前所未有的高度,绿色发展举措正在全国落地生根,加强环境治理、构建人与自然和谐发展也被放在更加突出的位置。随着我国经济的发展和转型,"垃圾围城"状况日渐严重,城市生活垃圾的产生量也与日俱增,对生态环境的压力和影响日趋严重。因此,对垃圾进行科学分类和有效的回收利用有着重要的意义。本文结合新时代生态治理的大背景,针对目前垃圾分类回收的现状,运用利益相关者理论,通过对垃圾分类回收利益相关者的利益分析,探讨垃圾分类回收全流程的利益实现机制及其相关对策,从而为促进科学、合理、高效的垃圾分类回收提供启发性的理论借鉴和实现途径。

In recent years,ecological governance has been raised to an unprecedented level.Green development policies are taking root across the country.Meanwhile,strengthening environmental governance and building harmonious development between human-beings and nature have also been placed in a more prominent position.With the development and transformation of China's economy,the situation of"Garbage Siege"is getting worse.Therefore,scientific classification and effective recycling of garbage are of great significance.Under the background of ecological management in the new era,this article applies stakeholder theory to the current status of garbage classification and recycling.Through the benefit analysis of the stakeholders of garbage classification and recycling,this article discusses the benefit actualization mechanism and relevant countermeasures of the whole process of garbage classification and recycling,so as to provide enlightening theoretical reference and realization approaches for promoting scientific,reasonable and efficient garbage classification and recycling.
