摘要
企业智力资本和个体的隐性知识是企业的宝贵财富,如一座金矿,富有价值但开发不易。如何将企业隐性知识显性化,是实务界和理论界关注的焦点。本研究以国网浙江电力检修专业培训案例库开发为例,研究了通过建立案例库开发规划、选择专家人才、建立案例标准和对专家人才进行培训指导,开发培训案例、促使专家人才的隐性知识转变为企业的显性知识,并将案例编码化入库,开展培训活动,使知识得以传承和进一步创新。本研究提出了一条企业隐性知识显性化的可行途径,并进行了深入刻画,可为企业知识管理提供借鉴。
Enterprise intellectual capital,individual tacit knowledge is a valuable asset of the enterprise.How to make explicit tacit knowledge is the focus of attention in the practical and theoretical circles.This study takes the development of the grid enterprise maintenance professional training case database as an example,and studies the establishment of case library development planning,expert talent selection,establishment of case standards and training of expert talents,so that the tacit knowledge of expert talents can be transformed into enterprise explicit knowledge and through training activities enable knowledge to be passed on and further innovated.
