连徐客专32m简支箱梁预应力孔道摩阻试验及数据处理方法

摘要 我国在客专及高铁建设中大量使用了整孔预制的预应力砼简支箱梁,对于高质量要求的整体箱梁而言,如何准确地施加预应力无疑是非常重要的,其不仅对箱梁结构的安全使用产生影响,也对梁体张拉后徐变上拱产生影响。超出规范要求范围的徐变上拱对无碴轨道标高和铺轨后的轨道是否平顺产生极为不利的影响。故需准确施加张箱梁预应力。 In China,a large number of prefabricated prestressed concrete simple box girder beams are used in the construction of passenger and high-speed railways.How to accurately apply pre-stress to the overall box girder with high quality requirements is undoubtedly very important.It not only affects the safe use of the box girder structure,but also affects the ups and downs of the beam after tensioning.The creeping upper arch beyond the scope of the specification has a very adverse effect on the level of the ballastless track and whether the track after the track is smooth.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately apply the prestress of the box beam.
