摘要
为了更准确地了解机电产品的可靠性现状,找出机电产品的薄弱环节,提出一种基于运动单元的全状态建模及评估方法。依据马尔科夫过程"无后效性"的特点,将各状态转移联系在一起,建立了机电产品协同的全状态模型;采用解析法对模型进行求解,得到机电产品处于各平稳状态的概率,并进行可靠性指标评估;最后借助托盘交换架对模型进行了分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to understand the reliability status of mechatronic product thoroughly and find out the weaknesses of mechatronic product,a full-state modeling and evaluation method based moving unit is proposed.According to the characteristics of the Markov process"no aftereffect",the state transition is linked together and the whole state cooperate model of mechatronic product is established.The analytical method is used to solve the model,and the probability of mechatronic product in each stable state is obtained,and the reliability index is evaluated.Finally,the model of pallet switch is established and the validity of the method is verified by analysis.
