华山松种子不同处理方法育苗试验 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交试验设计,研究不同层积时间、不同水温浸种以及变温和恒温处理方式对华松山种子播种育苗的影响的结果表明:华松山种子层积60天效果好于90天,温水浸种好于凉水浸种,变温处理优于恒温处理,其中以温水浸种7天后,变温层积60天,华山松出苗率最高,且地径生长量最大。 This paper using orthogonal test design studied the effects of different layer accumulation time,different water soaking seed and variable temperature and constant temperature treatment on seed sowing and seedling. The results showed that stratification 60 d had better effect than 90 d, warm water soaking seed was better than the cold water soaking seedt, and the variable temperature treatment was better than the thermostatic treatment. Among them, after warm water soaking seed 7 days stratification 60 d under variable temperature treatment the seedling rate of Pinus armandii was the highest. And the ground diameter growth was the largest.
